Job Description Strong Experience Required: Provide operational support to the AVD and Citrix environment which will include maintenance along with some upgrades/enhancements. Monitoring of Citrix & Azure Virtual Desktop environment & troubleshooting issues. Managing Citrix Infra application upgrades deployments. Microsoft technologies: Windows Server 2012\2016\2019, Windows 10, Office365 suite, Group Policy, Active Directory, Microsoft RDS Licensing. Optimizing Citrix performance, scalability, security, high availability, monitoring, printing and connectivity. Administering and managing Citrix virtual Apps and Desktops 1912 LTSR infra. Installing and configuring delivery controller, Storefront, director, citrix license server and supporting site databases. Basic administration of NetScaler servers like load balancers, service monitors, SSL certificates renewal and firmware upgrade. Applying new citrix cumulative updates to the infrastructure. Creating/Managing Machine Catalogs, Delivery groups, VDA installation on Application hosted servers and Dedicated VMs . Migrating VMs from one cluster to another cluster. Monitoring Virtual Centre Sever and fixing Host and Virtual machine issues if any on a daily basis. Desktop/Application virtualization technologies and any exposure to Microsoft AVD. Configure Azure and Registration for AVD. Assigning Users and Administrators. Adding, Creating and Configuring Virtual Machines. Configuring Domain Controller and Virtual Machine. Understanding of the Azure Infra architecture and hand-on experience is a must Understanding of the AVD architecture and hand-on experience is a must. Understand the security components related of AVD Understand the networking components related to AVD. Awareness to all ITIL processes (Change Management/Incident Management/Problem Management). Handling Major Incident calls related to AVD and Citrix. AVD certification and relevant experience is an added advantage. Soft Skills: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to work professionally and productively with all encountered in the course of work, including personnel supporting departments, vendors, and consultants. Excellent interpersonal skills Team Player. Fast Learner and Key-value addition to the team.
