Citrix Cloud- ( Mandatory Skillset )

• Hands-on experience supporting enterprise Citrix environments.
• Strong experience with Citrix Cloud administration and architecture.
• Extensive experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
• Mandatory hands-on experience with both MCS and PVS.
• Experience with Citrix Cloud Connectors, resource locations, image lifecycle management, and hybrid deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix policies, HDX optimization, profile management, printing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Citrix upgrades, migrations, and environment health assessments.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) & Windows 365 Cloud PC- Mandatory skillset)

• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and exposure to Windows 365 Cloud PC.
• Experience designing, deploying, administering, and supporting enterprise AVD and Cloud PC environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Host Pools
• Session Hosts
• FSLogix Profile Containers
• Scaling Plans
• Azure Compute, Storage, and Networking
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Experience optimizing multi-session Windows environments for performance and user experience.
• Knowledge of Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning, lifecycle management, provisioning policies, and image management.
• Experience integrating Cloud PC with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender.
• Ability to troubleshoot Cloud PC provisioning, connectivity, user profile, and performance-related issues.
• Experience with image management, patching, monitoring, and operational support for AVD and Cloud PC environments.

Preferred Skills- ( Optional)

• Hands-on experience with Citrix App Layering.
• Experience with AWS End User Computing (EUC) solutions, including Amazon WorkSpaces or other AWS-based VDI platforms.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• VMware vSphere and Hyper-V administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools for VDI environments.
