Requirements:

• Candidate should have worked on a minimum of 3+ Salesforce implementation projects (offshore/onshore model).
• Candidate should have 6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Candidate should have good English-speaking skills.
• Candidate should have a Salesforce Admin certification and testing certifications such as ISTQB.
• Candidate should know how to write medium to complex SOQL queries.
• Candidate should have worked extensively on Sales Cloud, Media Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Candidate should have experience with Salesforce CPQ and Velocity CPQ.
• Candidate should have experience in integration testing involving Salesforce and other legacy systems or SAP.
• Candidate should have experience in OmniStudio, OmniScripts, and Experience Cloud.
• Candidate should have worked on migration testing involving data migration from legacy systems into Salesforce.
• Candidate should have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Test Manager in creating and maintaining a comprehensive Test Catalog in Jira.
• Provide detailed descriptions of test cases in Jira to ensure coverage of associated Jira user stories and epics.
• Execute test cases manually or review automated test runs (if available).
• Address issues related to business functionality by creating Jira issues for Salesforce and Oracle BRM development teams.
• Propose and develop suitable test cases for automation.
