Requirements:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and MM modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data models and Fiori applications.
• Proven experience with SAP Joule, including:
  • AI-driven insights
  • Prompt optimization
  • Process automation
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes, including:
  • Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Pricing
  • Billing
  • Shipping
  • Credit management
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM processes, including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Purchase requisitions
  • Purchase orders
  • GR/IR
  • Inventory management
  • Vendor management
• Experience in managing:
  • Customer master data
  • Vendor master data
  • Material master data
  • Pricing conditions
  • Credit limits
  • Valuation settings in S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of integration with:
  • FI/CO
  • WM/EWM
  • PP
  • External systems
• Experience in preparing:
  • Functional specifications
  • Test scripts
  • SOPs
  • User documentation
  • Training materials
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure core SD processes including OTC, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
• Set up sales-related master data such as customers, pricing conditions, credit limits, and sales documents.
• Troubleshoot issues related to delivery, invoicing, ATP checks, and FI integration.
• Configure P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, GR/IR, inventory management, and vendor management.
• Manage material master, vendor master, and valuation settings in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ensure seamless integration of MM processes with finance, warehouse management, and other SAP modules.
• Use SAP Joule to generate AI-powered insights and automate SAP processes.
• Build and optimize natural language prompts to improve SD and MM business process execution.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, data summarization, exception handling, and predictive insights.
• Train business users on utilizing Joule within SAP S/4HANA for daily operations.
