Description and Location • SAP SD Solution Architect: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP SD modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements, best practices, and industry standards. Translate complex business processes into robust SAP solutions, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability. • e-Invoicing Implementation: Architect and implement e-invoicing solutions that comply with various country-specific regulatory requirements. Integrate third-party e-invoicing platforms with SAP SD, and ensure seamless data flow between internal systems and government/clearinghouse portals. • IDoc Management and Integration: Design, configure, and troubleshoot IDoc interfaces for efficient data exchange between SAP and external systems (partners, customers, tax authorities). Oversee the implementation of custom and standard IDoc types, manage error handling, and optimize processing performance. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to capture requirements, define roadmaps, and deliver high-impact solutions. Facilitate workshops, gather feedback, and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle. • Project Leadership: Lead and mentor SAP SD project teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery of milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, ABAP, Basis, PI/PO) to guarantee integrated solutions. • Compliance and Security: Guarantee that all e-invoicing and IDoc processes adhere to relevant legal, fiscal, and security standards. Stay updated on global e-invoicing mandates and proactively adapt solutions as regulations evolve. • Continuous Improvement: Analyze existing SAP SD processes for optimization opportunities. Implement enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Introduce automation and analytical tools where appropriate. • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and training materials for end-users and support teams. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer activities as required.
