JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Plans and directs the process for Digital deals and is responsible for management of the entire bid lifecycle. 

  • Is primary accountable for all proposal related deliveries for the customer and leads from the front.

  • Is engaged from the time the Bid strategy is being formulated.

  • Is the leader for the end-to-end Proposal (including the templates, the content reviewing, the quality of proposal, the sharpness of the proposal, and the presentation of the proposal).

  • Engage and Lead within the Bid Team (Sales, practices, COEs, Delivery, pre-sales etc.) to help produce deliverables according to clients’ expectations, within time critical schedules.

  • Direct and formalize bid process including budget, staffing and administration (from expression of interest to submission, clarification, orals, sales to delivery handover)

  • Act as the initial escalation point for Bid-team issues. Formal progress / status reports published to Bid Team & Leadership team.

  • Work in close conjunction with the bid team to create an integrated solution, proposal response and price parameters also challenge the solution, costing and Pricing as needed.,

  • Can shadow the Deal Maker and can engage the customer in several breakout sessions together with the larger teams and Cx.

  • Understand and bring market and competitor intelligence into bid team and broader prospect/customer relations organization pain areas and key drivers

  • Driving win themes, solution, and commercial workshops to ideate and formalize the key value messages that differentiate Eviden against competition

  • Collaborating with third-party vendors and alliances, as required, from solution design phase to contracting phase

  • Interface with other Proposal Support roles (i.e., Technical / Domain Specialists, Proposal Writers, and Practices) and other internal sources to help build / populate the proposal documents.

  • Responsible for leading the response to Techno Commercial Proposals (RFPs).

  • Ensure consistent application of the Governance process to all the assigned deals
