Requirements

1. 3–6 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.
2. Strong experience in SAP SD support, incident management, and production support.
3. Good knowledge of IDOCs, interfaces, user exits, and custom enhancements.
4. Experience in handling Change Requests (CRs) and service requests within SLA timelines.
5. Knowledge of SAP Business Partner functionality and integration testing activities.
6. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 Roles & Responsibilities

1. Provide end-user support for SAP SD processes and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
2. Monitor, analyze, and resolve IDOC errors and interface-related issues.
3. Manage Change Requests, incidents, and service requests while adhering to SLAs.
4. Support integration testing and coordinate issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
5. Work on interfaces, user exits, and related custom developments to support business requirements.
6. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and maintain documentation for incidents, fixes, and enhancements.
