Location: Pune / Chennai

Experience Required: 5–6 Years

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega components including Rules, Data Pages, and Services.

  • Utilize Tracer effectively for debugging and performance tuning.

  • Provide production support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system stability improvements.

  • Lead a team of 6 members, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

 

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC and related components.

  • Familiarity with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics (added advantage).

  • Exposure to production environments, including deployment and support activities.

  • Good understanding of performance optimization and system health monitoring.

 

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
