Role: AIML Solution Architect

Required Skills and Experience:

18+ years of experience in solution designing and architecture in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Digital Transformation.

• experience in handling a team of 4-5 engineers

• Good in exploratory data analysis, best fit model selection, and hyperparameter tuning

• Domain knowledge in any one of Healthcare, Insurance, Financial services.

• Consulting assignments and strong customer engagement experience will be preferred

• Strong experience in understanding customer requirements, identifying usecases and designing solutions according customer's strategic, business priorities.

• Experience in development and deployment of Machine Learning, Deep learning models.

• Knowledge of Python programming with Django experience.

• Proficiency with frameworks such as Pytorch, TensorFlow and basic libraries for machine learning such as scikit-learn and pandas

• Experience in developing distributed ML algorithms and pyspark type of framework will be preferred

• Developing solutions in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in cloud AutoML frameworks.

• Any certificate as a cloud engineer/architect or Machine/Data engineering would be preferred or Generative AI. Good at building data pipelines while data ingestion from multiple sources (static or streaming) working

• Good Knowledge on Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAB, OpenAI and Responsible AI is a must.

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Machine Learning, deep learning. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, GCP and AWS. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
