Join Our Team as a Senior .NET WinForms Developer!

We are looking for a Senior .NET WinForms and MVC Developer/Architect to support a large, critical system for an international client. The main task will be collaborating on maintaining the existing system and designing a gradual transition to newer technologies.

We are a team of passionate developers who have been delivering top-tier applications to both Czech and international clients for many years. Our specialization includes manufacturing and public administration, where we provide innovative solutions and push the boundaries of technology.

We work on a variety of projects, allowing us to use the latest tech innovations, while also sometimes relying on tried-and-tested older versions of .NET. Our tech stack includes DevExpress WinForms, MVC, MAUI, .NET 8, and we currently build our user interfaces in Angular.

What You Will Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications in .NET.
• Collaborate on system architecture, implementation, and optimization of key functions.
• Provide technical leadership for junior developers and mentor younger colleagues.
• Integrate with external systems and APIs, work with databases.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
• Actively engage in requirement analysis and work with clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5 years of experience in .NET and C# development.
• Experience with WinForms and MVC development.
• Basic experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to independently design and implement software solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency for technical communication.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of DevExpress UI.
• Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React) for future adaptation.
• Experience designing architecture for larger projects.
