SAP Consultant HR with Knowledge of SuccessFactors
We are a leading company in the information technology sector, specializing in software development and IT services for our clients. With a growing portfolio of projects and customers, we are looking for a colleague to join our small SAP HR team as an HR Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors.
You EVIDENtly Belong with Us if You Have:
- Basic knowledge of the SAP HR/HCM module — either as a key user with at least two years of experience or as a junior HR/HCM consultant.
- Overview-level knowledge of SuccessFactors — participation in at least one implementation project as a key user for a minimum of one year.
- Strong communication skills both within internal teams and toward customers.
- Willingness to travel to Prague, Vysoké Mýto, or client locations.
- Flexibility to adapt your workload to customer needs.
- A desire to learn and grow professionally, both technically and in soft skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken (capable of handling conversations) and written (able to respond to emails, understand SAP documentation, and navigate SAP portals).

You EVIDENtly belong with us if you have:
- Basic knowledge of SAP in the HR/HCM module – key user with at least two years of experience/junior consultant starting in HR/HCM.
- General knowledge of SuccessFactors – participation in at least one implementation project as a key user for at least one year.
- Strong communication skills within the team and with customers.
- Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic.
- Flexibility to adjust your work schedule according to customer needs.
- Active approach to personal development (both in technical and soft skills).
- Completion of secondary education is required; a university degree is an advantage.

- Overview knowledge of the SuccessFactors product – participation in the implementation of at least one project in the role of at least a key user for a duration of one year.
- Excellent communication skills within the internal team and towards customers.
- Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic.
- Willingness to adapt your work commitment to the needs of the customer.
- Active approach to personal development (both in professional and soft skills).
- Completion of secondary education is required. Higher education is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken (able to communicate) and written (able to respond to English communication in emails, navigate SAP documentation, and documents on the SAP portal).
