Sure, at the beginning there will be some learning and a bit of office routine, but it’s up to you how quickly you grow into working independently with one of our clients. Exciting topics and specific tasks lie ahead – projects involving SAP system conversions to S/4HANA version, new implementations and migrations to the cloud, designing and realizing process optimizations in manufacturing, healthcare, banking, and public administration. You clearly belong with us if you have:

• Excellent communication skills
• The ability and desire to connect and motivate people
• A drive to succeed, a determination to complete tasks, and achieve success
• A commitment to working for the team and resilience to overcome setbacks
• An active knowledge of the English language
• Experience in leading (even a small) team
• Practical knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and preferably MS Project
• A willingness and effort to learn new things
