We provide services in the public sector, banking, energy, healthcare, telecommunications, industry, retail, transport, and logistics.

With the increasing number of tenders and the associated preparation of bids, we are looking for an experienced BID Manager/Partner Manager who will primarily be responsible for managing the bid preparation process within our company and, secondarily, handle related communication with vendors and distributors.

You clearly belong with us if you have experience with:

  • Managing the entire bid preparation process, including coordination among different roles (salesperson, project manager, architect, consultant).
  • Analyzing client requirements and preparing strategies for successful bid submissions.
  • Preparing checklists, templates, reviewing CVs, and financial documents for other roles involved in bid preparation.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities, keeping records, and assigning them to owners.
  • Managing documentation related to tenders and ensuring compliance with requirements.
  • Keeping track of partner programs and their conditions (technical, financial, certification).
  • Regular communication and relationship-building with vendors and distributors.
  • Keeping records of partner statuses and access to partner portals, maintaining their records.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a BID Manager role or a similar position
  • Experience in leading complex tenders and preparing large bids
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
