Job in a nutshell: As a Solution Architect, you will design and support end-to-end solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with Atos’ portfolio and standards. You will play a key role in technical solutioning, customer engagement, and bid operations for complex international deals.

What will you be doing:

• Prepare and support solution proposal presentations related to services, architecture, and technology.

• Support contract negotiations, particularly regarding technical aspects and cost impact within your area of expertise.

• Analyze customer business needs and map them to Atos’ portfolio.

• Design end-to-end solutions in close cooperation with technical contacts, leveraging standard service catalogues.

 • Collect customer-specific data to validate solution accuracy, costing, and assumptions.

• Lead integral solutions and take ownership of issue resolution.

• Apply methodologies to develop and manage requirements.

• Create, maintain, and use solution cost models with GSA specifics, based on global and regional standards.

 • Design and validate business cases, including associated costing and migration.

• Coordinate input from candidate deliveries and third parties, managing deal-specific vendors.

• Obtain required solution design approvals and business buy-in.

• Support the Solution Manager in all solution-related activities, including risk analysis, customer engagement, and handover to delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering cost-effective and innovative end-to-end solution designs aligned with customer business requirements.

• Specialized knowledge in technical, procedural, or operational aspects of one or more services.

• Ability to integrate multiple services into a cohesive solution and support complex international deals.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, especially in multicultural environments.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong professional networks.

• Creativity and innovation in solution development, with deep expertise in Atos’ portfolio and technical domains.
