Consultant (Multiple Positons Available)

Work as Subject Matter Expert and manage projects involving cross platform technologies such as VB Scripts and JAVA.

Perform testing of Web Services and API’s using tools SOAP UI Pro & JAVA Scripting and automate test site with Selenium WebDriver.

Develop automation script in JAVA & JUNIT to address new requirements; use Dev-Ops architecture to deploy the new changes into production.

Develop SQL queries and stored procedures using Oracle DB to generate testing scenarios such as NAFTA, SMARTPOST, Ground & FCS validation reports for business partners.

Develop JAVA code scripted assertions using parameterized JSON/XML Xpath and build automation frameworks, sub processes for REST, and SOAP API middleware services testing.

Perform Service Virtualization for SOAP/REST Web Services by DevOps automation tool and Jenkins Deployment - CICD strategy and delivery applications.

Configure automation scripts using JUnit in Jenkins (continuous integration) schedule jobs.

Perform requirement gathering, organization prioritize, negotiation discussion and requirement specification with clients /stakeholders to define the project schedule, scope, complexity and expectations from the software.

Perform automation of regression testing using Selenium and JAVA.

Perform resources planning based on new features/ projects/ shipping clients/ additional cycle’s test cases.

Develop the virtualization simulator to capture behavior, data, inputs and performance constraints as per business conditions and deploy virtual services test QA environment.

Design automated test scripts that are reusable, creating test-product documentation and participate in testing related walk through.

May be assigned to and provide products/ support to specific industry groups such as automotive, banking and finance, healthcare, insurance, and Information Technology.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), or related.

Five (5) years of any occupation with Information Technology experience, or related.

Five (5) years of required IT experience, or related must include: Domains: Logistics; QA Automation Tools: SOAP UI and Selenium; Test Management Tools such as: Splunk and Version One; Programming Languages: Advanced Java; Methodologies: Agile; Database: Oracle; Tools/Platforms: Blue zone; IDE (Integrated Development Environment): Eclipse and Maven.

ALTERNATE EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master’s degree and three (3) years of any occupation with IT experience, or related.  Must have skills listed above.

ROVING/TELECOMMUTING EMPLOYEE: Reports to company headquarters in Plano, TX. Will work at various unknown client sites throughout the U.S. for up to 100% of the time. Must be willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. and may be assigned to work at client sites across the U.S. Can work remotely or telecommute.

EOE. 8AM to 5PM. M-F. 40 hrs/wk.  Salary: $114,338 - $115,338
