Description:
Client Executive Partner is a primary point of contact for the client, with responsibility for growing the business relationship and performance of the contracted services. Executive Partner role requires P&L experience, in depth industry experience, building strong client relationships, a track record of technology sales success, and a solid understanding of IT service delivery and operational processes. Client Manager role is involved with hands-on leadership to the account team focused on continuously improving customer satisfaction, expanding our solutions portfolio, and supporting our client's digital transformation strategy.
MUST HAVE’S FOR THIS ROLE:
This role is the key connection with the client. In order to be successful in this position you will need:
- To have a proven history of managing $130M+ P&L’s.
- Proven history of managing large/complex projects.
(i.e. Data Ctrs of 6,000+ servers, Infra Services, etc.)

5. You must have State experience and live in Austin. (Relocation is an option for the right candidate).
Core Responsibilities
- This is a senior position which requires the individual to work independently, making sound business decisions based on broad IT expertise, client knowledge and industry experience
- In depth experience in managing P&L
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal business partners is critical
- Be involved in all services delivered to the client
- Cultivate client executive relationships/engagement
- Understand client business strategy
- Leverage company resources to bring innovation supporting the client’s business and processes and future transformation plans
- Drive profitable growth within the account
- Support setting strategy for client account
- Improve account profit margin
- Share responsibility of overall customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience is required
- 5+ years of experience in public sector Industry required
- Minimum 10 years in sales or client services required
- Financial Management, P&L ownership.
- Exceptional quality level of Client/Customer Service and deep delivery experience
- Possess understanding of Public sector business functions, e.g.: Procurement, Business model, Client Services.
- Senior client sales /sales management track record, strong negotiation skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Ability to create and manage relationships at CxO level
- Strong market, IT delivery and technical knowledge
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, leadership, teamwork, team coaching, competitiveness
- Strategic thinker.
- Passion for Customer Service.
- Travel: 10/15% travel may be required to other Atos offices, client sites, or conferences
