Minimum of 7+ years of Business Travel experience required Good understanding of online as well as offline business Thorough understanding of Finance and Travel domain. Strong NDC experience. Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Travelport/Galileo) Good experience as Business analyst – writing user stories/acceptance criteria/defects/user testing. Ability to identify underlying issues instead of symptoms reported by users Strong skill in tracking and managing own work Provide root cause analysis for problems, identify, and implement fixes Good interpersonal skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams Be comfortable with working in a metrics and SLA driven environment Project management disciplines
