Position: Java Backend Lead

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Type: Fulltime

Experience: 10+ Years Skills Required Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs Hands-on experience with Vert.x, Reactive Programming, and Distributed Systems Strong knowledge of System Design, OOP, Design Patterns Experience with Oracle/MySQL, Cassandra or other NoSQL databases Exposure to GCP/AWS/Azure and cloud-native development Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Code Reviews, Performance Tuning Strong understanding of Agile, TDD/BDD, and SDLC Proven experience in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical decisions AMEX experience preferred; OneAMEX knowledge is an added advantage.

Role: Lead backend design and development, provide technical guidance, ensure acode quality, and drive successful project delivery.
