Requirements:

  • Strong SAP CS configuration and integration expertise in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Service. :  10 + Yrs
  • Hands-on experience in Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Installed Base, Equipment, Functional Locations, Serial Number Management, Service Confirmation, Repair & Return processes, Resource Planning & Scheduling, Billing integration, and Service Reporting.
  • Experience in SAP CS integration with SD, MM, PM, FI/CO, and QM modules.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration documents.
  • Knowledge of SAP technical concepts including IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Workflows, and SAP Fiori applications for Customer Service.
  • Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, or AMS support projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams and mentoring junior consultants.
  • SAP CS certification preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Service and ITIL/Agile environments is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and deliver SAP CS solutions through configuration and functional design.
  • Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Lead and support SAP CS implementations, rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.
  • Configure and support Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Installed Base, Billing, and related service processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP CS and SD, MM, PM, FI/CO, and QM modules.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and end-user documentation.
  • Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements.
  • Perform Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Support data migration, cutover planning, production support, and continuous process improvements.
  • Conduct user training, knowledge transfer, and provide functional guidance to business users and junior consultants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP CS solutions within project timelines.
