Responsibilities:

 

  • Your role is key in enabling process transparency, harmonization and continuous improvement, supporting key initiatives such as transformations, process mining, and operational excellence in manufacturing and business units globally.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead workshops with stakeholders (business, operations, quality, R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.) to map “as-is” and define “to-be” business processes using Signavio tools.
  • Drive user adoption of Signavio & conducting training for Signavio adoption. Configure and deploy Signavio modules: Process Manager Process Intelligence / Process Mining Process Governance Develop and maintain a Signavio factory (or centre of excellence) to support sustainable adoption: governance, training, templates, master data flows, roles & permissions
  • Strong knowledge of process modelling notations: BPMN 2.0, EPC, etc. Experience working with SAP business processes and understanding of how process flows run across these. Data skills: ability to manage and prepare data for analysis, some skills with ETL tools, SQL, or BI visualization tools.

 

Requirements

Education: The candidate must be any graduate (BE/B. Tech Preferable)

 

  • Good understanding of systems integration: APIs, data pipelines, connectors, etc. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working with cross-functional teams, ability to present to senior leadership. Familiarity with process governance frameworks, change management, standards, modelling best practices.
  • Experience integrating Signavio with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow), workflow tools, or governance tools. Experience in operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma etc.).
