Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Leader within our Digital Application Services division, you will be the Head of “Frictionless Operations.” This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for defining and building the next generation of IT and Business Process operations.
Your mission is to engineer enterprise-grade, production-ready assets that integrate Agentic AI, Knowledge Graphs, and Advanced Observability into the fabric of our global delivery. You will lead the R&D lifecycle—from initial ideation to revenue-generating assets—ensuring our technological differentiation translates directly into client value, operational scale, and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Engineering & Scaling: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise solutions. You are responsible for taking concepts from a "blank page" through R&D and PoC, into Pilot, and finally to global production scale.
- Architecting Frictionless Ops: Design systems that unify IT operations with business process outcomes. You will move the needle beyond standard monitoring toward holistic, proactive observability that predicts and prevents friction.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Direct the technical build using a strategic mix of Open Source solutions, market-leading tools, and niche boutique partnerships. You must decide when to build, when to buy, and when to integrate.
- Empowerment & Self-Service Strategy: Design and deploy sophisticated end-user interfaces, including autonomous fulfillment agents, intelligent chatbots, and real-time transparency dashboards that empower customers.
- Commercial Enablement: Act as the lead technical evangelist. Partner with Sales, Client Partners, and Delivery Leaders to position innovation within renewals and new multi-million dollar pursuits.
- Outcome Management: Be accountable for the ROI of R&D. Measure and report on the tangible impact of innovation, specifically regarding productivity gains, cost reduction, and user experience (UX) metrics.
Technical & Innovation Focus
- Agentic & Generative AI: Lead the design of autonomous agent workflows and LLM-integrated systems capable of handling complex, multi-step business and technical tasks.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build Knowledge Graph-based systems to provide context-aware automation and "Single Source of Truth" architectures for complex, heterogeneous client environments.
- Advanced Observability: Shift the delivery paradigm from "uptime" to "outcome" by implementing full-stack observability across both IT infrastructure and business KPIs.
- Production Accountability: Ensure all R&D outputs meet rigorous enterprise standards for security, compliance, latency, and reliability. We build for production, not for slide decks.
Go-To-Market & Growth
- Evangelism: Present our technical roadmap and innovation portfolio at industry events and to C-suite client stakeholders.
- Deal Architecture: Collaborate with bid teams to embed differentiated technology solutions into the heart of our largest contract renewals and new deals.
- Assetization: Transform custom, bespoke client solutions into reusable, modular assets that can be deployed across the wider portfolio to drive non-linear growth.
Required Experience
- 15+ Years of Leadership: Proven experience in senior technical leadership roles, preferably within a Global Digital Services or Tier-1 Consulting environment.
- The "Zero-to-One" Track Record: Demonstrated success in taking 3–5 major technical solutions from R&D/PoC to full-scale production for Fortune 500 clients.
- Deep Technical Architecture: Strong background in Cloud and Microservices architecture, with recent, hands-on leadership in Agentic AI, ML, and automation frameworks.
- Executive Presence: Ability to command the respect of technical architects while simultaneously translating complex technology into business-aligned strategies for C-suite executives.
- Operational Grit: A deep, first-hand understanding of the realities of ITIL, DevOps, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) landscapes.
