Job Title: AI Agent Developer (Copilot Studio)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AI Agent Developer with solid grounding in artificial intelligence and machine learning, extensive experience in building and integrating Copilot Studio agents, and a proven track record of developing medium to complex agent solutions. This role involves end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of intelligent agents within enterprise environments, with a special focus on database and Azure AI Search connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for various automation, conversational, and orchestration workflows.
• Integrate agents with multiple data sources, including relational databases, enterprise APIs, and Azure AI Search.
• Build medium to complex agents capable of natural language understanding, multi-step task handling, and real-time data retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional agent solutions.
• Ensure robust agent performance, security, compliance, and continual improvement in enterprise environments.
• Document solution architectures, integration interfaces, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of AI/ML concepts, models, and toolsets relevant to agent development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio building agent flows, topics, and integrating plugins or custom connectors.
• Experience with integrating agents to various databases (SQL, NoSQL) and Azure AI Search.
• Proven skills in developing medium-to-complex agents, handling dynamic context, and managing workflows.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Azure services, and enterprise data integration patterns.
• Good communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Minimum 3 years in intelligent agent or comparable development roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other agent platforms (LangChain, Dialogflow, Bot Framework Composer, etc.).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, OpenAI API integration, or enterprise security and governance.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Microsoft 365 integration, or modern cloud-native architectures.
