Zero non-compliance during reviews and at least 2 constructive improvements

and improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness

Proactively implement process improvements that improve efficiency and / or effectiveness by 500 basis points

Training & Development

Self-Development through Training; coach and mentor new joiners

Completion of Mandatory & Identified Training programs

  4. Follow-up for fees
  5. Help marketing activities by providing lead feedback
