Service Delivery Manager - Contract Lifecycle Management

 

Location: any state of Mexico (remote)

Language: English fluent

Salary range: 40-50k before taxes and benefits above the law

 

Atos is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee Contract Lifecycle Management for one of our major global accounts. In this highly visible and client-facing role, you will manage third‑party IT outsourcing contracts end-to-end, ensure compliance, support procurement cycles, and serve as a trusted advisor to both our client and internal delivery teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing complex contract portfolios, and excels at cross-functional collaboration.


Responsibilities:

Contract & Documentation Management

  1. Maintain and update intercompany agreements, data protection documents, and purchase orders.
  2. Manage third‑party contracts for software, hardware, managed print services, and monthly pass-through (PT+) items.
  3. Keep policies and procedures (PPM chapters) current and aligned to contract changes.

Financial & Invoicing Operations

  1. Review monthly invoice backup data, validate goods receipts, manage invoice redactions, and ensure accurate tax handling.
  2. Ensure billing accuracy and completion within required timelines.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and maintain monthly cash flow forecasts.

Tracking & Compliance

  1. Manage the Master Contract Tracker (MCT) for all contract renewals, billing amounts, and agreement details.
  2. Maintain logs, reporting, and documentation for audits, renewals, and monthly reporting requirements.

Procurement & Renewal Support

  1. Obtain and validate vendor quotes; verify usage, asset details, and year-over-year cost changes.
  2. Support procurement negotiations for cost increases over thresholds.
  3. Align contract renewals with the client’s future technology and migration plans.
  4. Draft and coordinate Work Orders (WOs) through approval and signature workflows.

Financial Forecasting & Reporting

  1. Review monthly P&L reports and research anomalies.
  2. Forecast revenue and coordinate with finance on accruals, deferrals, and variance explanations.
  3. Update rolling 13‑month client cash flow forecasts monthly.

Client Relationship & Governance

  1. Meet weekly with client counterparts (“2‑in‑the‑box”) and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
  2. Present updates at monthly governance meetings.
  3. Identify and drive process improvements across contract operations.

Required Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of experience drafting, negotiating, and managing IT outsourcing contracts (Managed Services, ITO, SaaS, software licensing).
  2. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to resolve issues independently.
  3. Experience with P&L, revenue forecasting, and basic accounting concepts.
  4. Understanding of software licensing, maintenance contracts, and IT outsourcing terms.
  5. Excellent written communication skills.
  6. Hands-on experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and basic Ariba functions.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and communicate with all levels of management.
  8. Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
