On-site position in Saltillo, Coahuila

 

Job in a nutshell:

In this role, you will deliver advanced technical support and coordination for desktop environments, including hardware, software, and remote access technologies, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery.

 

What will you be doing:

• Analyze, diagnose, install, and resolve complex issues related to desktop computers, operating systems, application software, hardware, and remote access technologies.
• Provide technical input to the Desktop Services team and assist in selecting appropriate tools and techniques for optimal service delivery.
• Work independently to design and implement desktop solutions that meet business unit requirements.
• Act as a technical liaison with user groups and IT partners, ensuring effective communication among users, vendors, and consultants.
• Partner with business units to understand the impact of support issues and align solutions with business needs.
• Lead project analysis, design, coordination, and planning for all technical components of desktop-related projects.
• Coordinate schedules and technical work orders for contracted labor handling installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Maintain technical documentation of hardware/software changes and update inventory records.
• Update and close trouble tickets and service requests promptly.
• Demonstrate creativity and initiative in problem-solving.

 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience providing desktop technical support, including hardware, software, and remote access technologies.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage complex technical tasks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
