Salary Range: 37K – 45K (Depend upon experience)
A Global Supplier Manager is responsible for implementing, enhancing, and maintaining supplier management governance and processes for top suppliers, leading supplier meetings, monitoring and improving performance, optimizing delivery and contracts, building and executing savings plans with suppliers, and safeguarding the interests of Atos and its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management
- Organize and lead regular supplier reviews (service meetings, steering meetings, strategic meetings).
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage annual performance scoring and yearly internal reviews.
- Discuss end-of-life (EOL) roadmaps with suppliers and collaborate with buyers to secure continuity of support.
Contract Management
- Maintain and update lists of stakeholders, escalation contacts, and contractual documentation.
- Provide contract summaries/extracts to Operations and internal stakeholders.
- Guide teams on contract terms (SLA, penalties, obligations).
- Assess contract usage with ALM (capacity management) and collect forecasts.
- Support buyers in contract renegotiations (requirements alignment, SoW validation, forecast preparation).
- Lead initiatives to consolidate multiple local contracts into global agreements.
- Participate in RFIs/RFPs ensuring governance requirements are embedded (SLAs, reporting, meetings, penalties).
Performance, Governance & Savings
- Validate and monitor supplier reporting (SLAs, KPIs, incident dashboards).
- Ensure suppliers meet minimum performance and compliance criteria.
- Maintain and update the claim and risk register.
- Register supplier-management savings monthly in Ariba.
- Define and execute savings action plans aligned with global policy.
- Manage the internal recharging model and prepare communications to GBUs.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure supplier governance is executed per Atos policies and standards (Procurement, ISO 9001, 14001, 20000, 27001, Ecovadis, etc.).
- Maintain documentation and evidence in SharePoint for audits.
- Participate in the global supplier management community.
- Provide input to architects and service leads regarding reference architecture and preferred suppliers.
Must-have Qualifications / Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT, supplier management, or procurement.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Proactive, energetic, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, assertiveness, and influencing capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Good-to-have Qualifications / Skills
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification.
- Experience with telecom suppliers (Telco category).
- Experience working in global/matrix organizations.
