Account dedicated Reporting Analyst Position Title Reporting Analyst

- Dedicated reporting resource for our customer

- Ability to analyze and understand large sets of data and develop customized ad hoc reports.-

- May be required to compile and create account AMO Monthly Business Review presentation to be delivered to customer

- Able to communicate with all levels of internal management and external customers

- Consistently improve upon existing reporting processes and work towards complete automation where possible and providing standard solutions.

- Work with other members of our team to discuss best practices Minimum Requirements:

- Advanced knowledge of Service Now Performance Analytics and Reports modules

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with data processing Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced knowledge of Excel

- Basic understanding of Service Levels, Service Desk functions and Deskside services
