Job description: -

• Administer and maintain the Zendesk platform to support efficient customer support and ticket management operations.

• Configure and manage Zendesk workflows, including triggers, automations, macros, and views.

• Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations, and support integrations with other enterprise applications.

• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards to track support performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience administering Zendesk or similar customer support platforms.

• Strong understanding of ticketing workflows, automation, and basic system integrations.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
