  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the recruitment function
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies to attract talents via Job Portal, Social Media, Headhunt, Executive Search, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all ‘customers’ including hiring managers and candidates
  • Monitor and maintain the Recruitment Management System, ensure the approval of hiring headcounts, update RMS status, close all filled RMS.
  • Manage and follow through the hiring (interview arrangement, job profiling & prepare compensation worksheet) and on boarding process
  • Work with HR Employee Services team to ensure data quality maintains at 100% for mandatory fields for new hires
  • Organize the new hire orientation programme
  • Update HR intranet whenever necessary
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Manage Campus. Participate and organize Atos branding activities such as career fair & career talk at university.
  • Liaise with Tertiary Institutions & Managers for internship placement
  • Conduct Reference & Payslip checks. Ensure additional checks are conducted as per a/c specification requirements
  • Issue pre-employment medical checkup letter, ensure successful candidate fit to employ
  • Issuance of Employee Contract • Lead and drive country's We are Atos Week.
  • Actively drive and participate as HR rep in the committee



  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent 
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in recruitment in a dynamic and fast paced environment 
  • Possess strong knowledge in various recruitment methodologies 
  • Well versed in Technology industry 
  • SAP knowledge is an added advantage 
  • Excellent communication, influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with all levels of people 
  • Able to work independently under minimum direct supervision or guidance from others and in a collaborative team environment 
  • Committed, fast worker, meticulous, result-oriented and self-driven/ motivated 
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadline
