• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams

• Strong Programming Skills in C XAML MVVM patterns MVVM Cross Fresh MVVM;

Job Description

 

Axos Bank is looking for an experienced, product oriented Mobile Tech Lead with Xamarin / Maui to join our software engineering team and help ensure that the experience of our clients is second to none. This can mean anything from authoring and/or participating in the review of one or more project deliverables such as analyses, write specifications, design, code, test/tool procedures, processes and procedures ensuring feasibility, thoroughness, clarity, correctness, and accuracy. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Mobile software technologies including the Mobile Operating System (OS) platform updates, deployment strategies, cloud interfaces, Cybersecurity, user interface and test environments. Participate in technical design and contribute insights and ideas. Successfully troubleshoot most applications problems independently, determine the root cause and fix the problem.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work with IT leadership to define and build functional and non-functional requirements across the enterprise portfolio

• Lead one or more development teams of near-shore or local developers

• Design and prototype enterprise-wide solutions with a focus on security, performance, continuous integration and code quality (unit and integration tests)

• Communicate and collaborate with other leads, development teams and development managers

• Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve Axos’ development capabilities

• Refactor codebase to realize just-in-time design within the contextual design

• Work closely and communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

 

 

  • Location: anywhere within Mexico (Mexican citizens and/or foreigners with valid work permit already based in Mexico)
  • Language requirements: Spanish (advanced-native); English (advanced).
