 The primary role of the Technical Architect is to define, design, and govern the overall ServiceNow solution architecture. This role partners customers to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions aligned with enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: High-level understanding of the application development lifecycle and SDLC methodologies, including Agile frameworks Strong customer-facing and consultative skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes using excellent technical and interpersonal capabilities Extensive experience in solution design, development support, testing strategies, proof of concepts (PoCs), and migration considerations Design and architect scalable, distributed, on-premises and cloud-based services and applications integrating across multiple technologies Lead the successful implementation of architectural designs while managing expectations, risks, governance, and best practice principles Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and solve complex problems, presenting solution options and technical concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner Develop reliable technical solution plans, including estimates and optimized delivery approaches Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams, ensuring governance, compliance, and architectural alignment Analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements, making appropriate design adjustments and providing effort estimations Define, develop, and maintain reference architectures, domain models, and design patterns Identify emerging and disruptive technologies that deliver business value Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and delivery teams Support digital transformation initiatives, including technology and application rationalization efforts Your Expertise: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline Experience: 8–10+ years of overall IT experience, with a strong focus on application hosting, solution architecture, and design At least 5 years of ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise (SME), including solution design and platform architecture. Minimum Required Skills Experience delivering innovative and effective solutions to complex business challenges, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and KPIs Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript/AJAX Strong experience in designing and supporting third-party integrations with the ServiceNow platform using REST, SOAP, SFTP, MID Server, and related technologies Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise technical components such as LDAP, SSO, SSL, and other security/infrastructure technologies Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute to a high-performance delivery environment Preferred Skills ServiceNow knowledge in 3 or more of the following products lines:   o CSM (Customer Service Management) o EA (Enterprise Architecture – formerly APM) o FSM (Field Service Management) o GRC (Risk and Compliance) o TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) o BCM (Business Continuity Management) o ESG (Enviro
