Atos is looking for a System Administrator specializing in Mainframe Security to support our enterprise Z/OS landscape. This role focuses on administering ACF2 or RACF security, managing access controls, developing and maintaining JCL, and delivering audit and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, precision, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed environment. Experience with digital certificates is an advantage.
- Administer ACF2 or RACF security systems and maintain configurations.
- Ensure secure and stable operation of Z/OS environments.
- Develop, update, and troubleshoot JCL scripts.
- Produce audit and compliance reports.
- Support access control processes and security policies.
- Work with internal teams to resolve system or security issues.
- Contribute to digital certificate management when applicable.
- Experience with ACF2 or RACF administration.
- Strong understanding of Z/OS.
- Hands-on JCL knowledge.
- Ability to develop audit and compliance documentation.
- Knowledge of mainframe security practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related area, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years in mainframe security with ACF2 or RACF.
- Experience in enterprise-level Z/OS environments.
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Comfortable working in remote teams.
- Experience with digital certificates or PKI.
- Familiarity with standards such as SOX or ISO 27001.
