Atos is seeking a Mobile Device Services Account (MDSA) Administrator based in the North America region. The MDSA Admin will be dedicated to supporting a specific client's entire mobile device services profile. The Admin will manage all applicable wireless accounts to optimize mobile-related expenses.

This is done through direct interaction with Telecom Providers, Telecom Expense Management Companies, Wireless Services and Device Database teams and/or vendors, and other Atos Internal teams. The MDSA Admin will manage all client wireless accounts across various North American Telecom Providers and will support anything related to the client’s mobile devices, the wireless services associated with those devices, and the employees’ mobile services contracts. Additionally, the mobile admin will identify and define cost savings opportunities via value added reporting to our client. This will be a customer facing position and will have direct visibility to service delivery leadership.

Delivery Responsibilities of the Mobility team:

• Maintaining onsite mobile inventory and any related device inventory database

• Providing second level MDM support as it pertains to mobile e-mail

• Managing End User mobile-related requests and issues from start to resolution

• Processing New Activation and Upgrade requests

• Enforcing Corporate Mobile Policy as it relates to all device purchases and mobile-related transactions

• Device Break/Fix support

• Lost & Stolen Device support

• New User Onboarding and Offboarding support

• Processing Assumption/Transfer of Liability requests

• Performing Wireless Plan and Feature changes

• Researching and responding to billing inquiries

• Maintaining Data Pools

• Completing Optimization Analyses to maximize savings

• Executing Detailed Cost-based and Usage-based reporting

• Scheduling and performing various account audit practices

• Maintaining Corporate Directory services offered through Wireless Carriers

• Administrating mobile services databases or systems

• Escalating to client any issues beyond Provider responsibilities

• Providing strategic solution on escalated issues

• Governing client relationships with all wireless Carriers and Vendors

• Supporting mobile related project initiatives Requirements

• Must either have a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years Mobility experience or at least 4 years of Mobility experience without a degree.

.• Must have 4 or more years customer service experience/experience in a client-facing role

• Must be proficient with Excel • Must be self-motivated and be able to fully execute assigned tasks Preferred

• Advanced reporting skills

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Experience working with one or more of the major Wireless Services Providers

• 2+ years’ experience in Mobile Device Management (InTune, Airwatch, MobileIron, XenMobile, Modena, etc…)
