Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing custom applications, workflows, forms, and reports within BMC Remedy AR System. 
• Integrating BMC Remedy with other systems using web services, APIs, and middleware. 
• Configuring and maintaining BMC Remedy platform components such as BMC Atrium CMDB, BMC Service Desk, and BMC ITSM Suite. 
• Performing BMC Remedy software upgrades, patches, and enhancements. 
• Providing support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to BMC Remedy applications. 
• Documenting technical designs, release notes, and procedures. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Proven experience as a BMC Remedy Developer or in a similar role. 
• In-depth knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System, including configuration, customization, and administration. 
• Strong proficiency in BMC Remedy workflow development, forms design, and report generation. 
• Experience with BMC Atrium CMDB and BMC ITSM Suite. 
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and principles is a plus. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
