QE Selenium Automation on-site

• 3 to 6 Years hands on experience.

• Location: Chihuahua City/Mexico

• On-site position

Key Responsibilities: Lead the QE role within the POD, taking ownership of project success. Coordinate directly with the client, ensuring alignment on requirements, deliverables, and expectations.

Collaborate with offshore teams in India to drive seamless execution and delivery. Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform both automation and manual testing as required to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Technical Skills (Mandatory):

  • Expert in developing and maintaining Selenium WebDriver test scripts.
  • Expert in building automation frameworks using Java and Python.
  • Expert in BDD methodology.
  • Expert in Cucumber.
  • Expert in Rest Assured (creating and executing test plans and API tests).
  • Advanced in SQL (writing queries).
  • Advanced in Agile & JIRA (defect tracking and generating quality insights).
  • Expert in GIT for version control.
  • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Hands-on experience in Manual Testing for functional, regression, and end-to-end validation.
  • Prior experience in Retail domain (e.g., Home Depot, AutoZone).
