Partner Concierge Desk
Job in a nutshell:
In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for all partner-related resale transactions, license processing, procurement coordination, and delivery alignment. You will support Sales in driving the Partner VAR pipeline with the mission to accelerate deal cycles, reduce operational friction, and ensure partner compliance and value realization.
What will you be doing:
• Serve as Partner Concierge Specialist and be accountable for SLA compliance.
• Handle deal registration, quotes, and purchase order (PO) coordination.
• Manage all software/SaaS entitlements and renewals.
• Liaise with internal procurement teams for partner PO processes.
• Ensure delivery readiness by verifying all resale and licensing aspects before execution.
• Track all open resale transactions by partner, product, and stage.
• Prepare License & Entitlement Reports listing licenses sold, consumed, and expiring, including alerts and co-term options.
• Measure desk performance through Deal Desk SLA Reports: quote turnaround time, PO processing, and partner feedback.
• Develop Partner Enablement Kits with custom onboarding and how-to guides for resale and license flow.
• Provide Compliance Snapshots to check license use vs contract, audit readiness, and reseller program thresholds.
• Create Delivery Handoff Checklists to ensure completeness before delivery teams start.
• Identify upcoming license/software renewals and align with account plans through Renewal Heatmaps.
Requirements:
• 2 - 5 years of experience in Project Management or Procurement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes.
• Ability to adapt to Atos Sales, Legal, and Procurement processes and requirements.
