PM – Project Manager Location: Remote Full Time Job Overview:  Summary of Position This position offers the opportunity to work on high-level clients and learning from a skilled team while focused on driving growth, onboarding, and collaboration experiences.  Travel Requirements None. Your Life at Eviden:  You’ll be responsible for defining product plans, building, and managing roadmaps, design, and ship features with high quality, measuring engagement and reliability, and using data insights to inform of upcoming business strategies. What will make you successful/or “Your X Factor”:  Understand business goals and user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact  Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery  Validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement and experimentation  Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope  Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area  Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team  Leads and serves as the highest authority on the implementation and optimization of the Scaled Agile/SAFe methodology on the Program  Drives program and release level processes for multiple Agile Release Trains demonstrating servant leadership, coupled with domain knowledge and technical savvy  Mentors and coaches Scrum Masters  Guide’s design and technology maturity constraints of the system in accordance with customer and stakeholder value streams  Coordinates multiple solution interfaces (both external and internal)  Collaborate with the appropriate individuals to translate business strategy into technology strategy and ensure that capabilities required by the business are enabled  Applies advanced Agile, Lean and SAFe principles and skills  Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships Your Expertise:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field  Years of Experience 5+ years of program management experience delivering end-user facing products and services  Minimum Required Skills o Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and the collaborative leadership skills to lead a change in direction when needed. o Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are very welcome. o Strong project management, leadership, dependency management and cross-group collaboration skills with a track record of managing complex projects with many partners. o Experience across the entire product lifecycle - from project inception to ship and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision. o Strong affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required. o Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical o Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, service operations at scale, and general ability to ramp up and go deep in new technical areas o Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas o Mix of product thinking, technical depth, user-centric design, analytics, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement.  Preferred Skills ServiceNow knowledge is a MUST: o  Certifications o Scrum. o PMP
