Skills Required: Experience supporting JIRA Hands-on experience with JIRA Cloud is mandatory Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA build and configure Provide application support for JIRA to IT the rest of the business Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks Support JIRA users Work with business users to evaluate JIRA plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation and configuration of the plug-ins Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects Implement custom xml based JIRA gadgets Support and configure JIRA plugins as required Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks Nice to have - prior Java or Python programming experience Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required Technologies: Fluent English spoken and written (B2 level minimum) Experience with Jira Cloud Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks Support and configure JIRA plug-ins Basic Java or Python programming experience JIRA projects, queries and reports
