ITG/SVN/PPM Admin Add and Remove user ITG accounts and contact records.

Add and remove users from security groups.

Application updates, patches, memory, disc to production and development servers.

Major PPM release upgrades.

Transition to new servers.

Restart application as required.

Resolve network access issues - usually LDAP related.

Work with users to define requirements for new workflow processes or configuration platform changes.

New and Maintenance work on Workflows | Object Types | Validations.

New and Maintenance work on Environments e.g.: Server and Database password changes.

Unix and Bourne Shell scripting for Object types & Special commands Create PL/SQL functions as required to provide functionality not provided out-of-the-box.

Work with Open Systems - UNIX and Windows Support for architectural needs on deployment target servers.

Work with Oracle Admins/EBS Admins/Mid-tier admins to resolve credential or architectural issues with Oracle or Java.

Setup new and maintain existing email notifications/alerts along with security groups configuration.

Interface Subversion w/ITG for all exports of files from the repository to the target servers via the workflow process configurations.

SQL script writing and ITG Configurations (i.e. Data Sources, Portlet Definitions, Reports).

Cygwin installation/maintenance. ssh keys configuration and /or sudo capability.

Target Servers authorized keys, permissions & application configurations RCA.

Deploy Module: resolve user reported deployment failures.

Deploy Module: Promote packages at scheduled dates-times based on WOs and Team Track Change Requests.

Resolve user reported demand request issues e.g Bug, Features Stuck Requests.

Object Migrator Module: Resolve issues across the Oracle Applications interface.

Respond to emails around ITG usage and understanding of process.

Run reports and compile data to provide information around workflow step security for APP Dev teams, process and custom configurations in ITG.
