E2E (End to End) Conductor

• 11+ years of manual functional testing experience.

• Oversee or coordinated End-to-End testing delivery (upstream\downstream process flow).

• Develop Test scripts, testing strategies, requirement traceability matrix (RTM), create test plans and prioritize test scenarios.

• Good knowledge and experience in agile methodologies and in using agile tools like Jira.

• Partner with geographically distributed functional and technical teams, software vendors and/or external testing partners.

• Identify, track and report defects; verify fixes.

• Troubleshoot issues and helps determine root causes of software problems.

• Good to have exposure to test automation using selenium.

• Project Management

• Gather test completion metrics to measure the success of the test efforts, reports progress with supporting business, Dev, stakeholders project team.

• Excellent Communication skills (English)
