Salary Range: MXN 28,000 – 33,000 monthly gross

 

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns across email and paid social channels. This role supports campaign launches, account-based marketing initiatives, and nurture workflows, working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders to drive performance and measurable results across the funnel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, deploy, and optimize email campaigns.
  • Execute paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Support campaign launches, account-based initiatives, and nurture workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales and SMEs on campaign execution.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, conversion, and CPL.

 

Must-have Qualifications / Skills:

  • Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns (Marketo or similar MAP).
  • Experience running paid social campaigns (LinkedIn and Meta).
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales and SMEs.
  • KPI-driven mindset (CTR, conversion, CPL, etc.).
  • Experience working in the IT industry.

 

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

 

Professional Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign execution across email and/or paid social channels.

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical approach to campaign performance.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and open to learning new skills to support continuous improvement.

 

Good-to-have Qualifications / Skills:

  • Experience supporting nurture workflows or account-based initiatives.
