REMOTE ROLE.

The Role

Skilled and detail oriented Contentful Admin to join our team. As a Contentful Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our content management system (CMS) to ensure the seamless delivery of content to our users. You will be responsible for creating and updating content models, implementing workflows, and integrating Contentful with our existing systems. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with developers and content creators to ensure that our CMS is optimized for efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in content management systems and a solid understanding of best practices for content organization and delivery. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is also essential.

Responsibilities and expectations:

• Manage and maintain a content management system (CMS), specifically Contentful.
• Strong proficiency in content workflows management
• Implement workflows and user roles to ensure efficient content creation and publishing processes.
• Create and update content models in Contentful to support the client/project requirement.
• Collaborate with developers and content creators to integrate Contentful with our existing systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CMS-related issues and provide technical support to users as needed.
• Conduct regular audits of content to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Implement and enforce content creation and publishing processes.
• Optimize content for search engine optimization (SEO) and user experience.
• Familiarity with generative AI.

• Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and practices, including Git, Webpack, and Babel.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Rest APIs.
• Keep his/her self-up to date with latest updates in contentful.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Commitment to building accessible, user-friendly web applications that meet the needs of a diverse user base.
