We are looking for a Business analyst with an eye on working with Agile, JIRA, ADO-Dashboards, to interface with business stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams to define, gather, and document business processes and needs (requirements), and translate into detailed functional specifications for development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with business stakeholders and IT infrastructure teams to define, collect and document business processes and needs and translate into detailed functional specifications for development.
  • Performs business systems and process analysis of existing systems/processes. Conducts interviews and requirements gathering workshops. Ensures all artifacts are signed.
  • Coordinates requirements for new and existing data integrations.
  • Assists in testing, training and education plan development, user support, and user documentation development.
  • Participates in the QA process; identify test cases; explains complex processes; helps develop test plans.
  • Leads UAT validations with business stakeholders and is responsible for creating a UAT checklist, coordinating UAT demonstrations and obtaining UAT signoff from stakeholders
  • Develops detailed business cases, ROI calculations, value definition, cost estimates (cost/capital), benefit and risk analyses.
  • Coordinates project tasks and project life cycle phases for small to medium projects to meet client objectives and requirements.
  • Conducts root cause analysis using knowledge of applications, interfaces and technology to resolve defects.
