Experience - Minimum of 6 years of experience in governance, program/project management, optimization, gained within global financial institutions.

Key objectives critical to success

As the Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing project delivery for large-scale projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices in program and project management as well as in security governance and project delivery.

Primary Responsibilities

• Program governance and delivery management
• Customer and stakeholder management
• Financial and resource management
• Risk, issue, and escalation management
• Vendor and third-party coordination
• Change and release governance SLA/KPI management Executive reporting and service reviews
• Required WAF Domain Knowledge
• Understanding of Web Application Firewall concepts and architecture
• Knowledge of WAF technologies such as F5 AWAF/ASM, Imperva, Azure WAF, AWS WAF, and Cloudflare WAF.
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 web application threats WAF policy management, rule tuning, and exception management
• Application onboarding and change management processes
• Certificate and SSL/TLS lifecycle management
• DDoS protection concepts
• Web application security governance and compliance requirements

Secondary Skills 

• Network Security SIEM and SOC Operations Incident and Problem Management Vulnerability Management Cloud Security (AWS/Azure) Security Governance and Audit Management ServiceNow or ITSM processes Automation and Reporting.
