Role: Program Manager(Data Identity & Protection)

Work Location - Powai, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager with over 12 years of expertise in leading complex, end‑to‑end projects across enterprise environments.

This role requires strong leadership in program management, deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, and proven ability to deliver secure, compliant, and resilient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Align project milestones with organizational security priorities and compliance requirements.
• Project Governance
• Establish governance frameworks aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies through RAID logs and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, DORA, ECC, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and lead governance reviews.
• Project Communications
• Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders at all levels.
• Translate technical risks into clear business impacts for executives.
• Facilitate workshops, status reports, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency.
• Cybersecurity Governance & Risk
• Implement and monitor controls across cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
• Lead initiatives in data protection, identity management, and access governance.
• Integrate encryption, MFA, and secure storage into project workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project/program management with a focus on cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of risk governance, compliance, and identity protection.
• Hands‑on exposure to cloud security (AWS, Azure), SOC/SIEM/SOAR platforms, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, or CISA
