Team leader - Beyond 5G/6G Research

We are looking for a Team Leader for the research area of beyond 5G / 6G network to join our diverse R&D team in Atos. We offer a position in a dynamic product-oriented team in an international environment for our Research and Innovation department to develop your carrier.

Location: • Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville

• Hybrid-mode (possible teleworking at 60%)

Requirements:

• Telecommunications Engineer with demonstrable experience in leading technical teams (10< people). Capacity to organise, prioritise and assign technical tasks aligned with product lines (strategic thinking).

• Proactive and enthusiastic, with teamwork skills and capacity to motive a multi-disciplinary technical team.

• General knowledge in 5G+ systems and being familiar with software networks (i.e. NFV/SDN technologies) and network management automation (ML/AI techniques). Experience on working with edge-cloud technologies, microservices architectures and containerised environments.

• Valuable experience in innovation and pre-sales departments or in European research projects (H2020, HE) or past experience in bids preparations.

• Understanding of agile way of working and CI/CD environments (Git, Jenkins, etc)

• English Business fluent. C level minimum
