We are seeking for Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in ESG, climate change, and sustainability strategies, coupled with a proven track record of guiding clients towards NetZero goals. This leadership role involves shaping and implementing sustainability initiatives and fostering positive change within client organizations.

 

 

Technical Requirements:

 

  • Knowledge of ESG, climate change, energy efficiency and environmental impact analysis. Knowledge of standards for quantifying carbon impact (e.g. ISO 14064, GHG Protocol, PAS2050 and/or its variants)
  • Experience in Scope-3 emissions assessment methodologies and techniques, risk and opportunity assessment, scenario analysis, implementation of environmental KPIs and improvement actions towards the NetZero journey.
  • Experience in environmental measurement and reporting (e.g. CDP, CSRD, TCFD recommendations and/or other initiatives that help organizations develop strategies to address the impacts of climate change).
  •  Knowledge of IT portfolio services (IT cloud, IT infrastructure or IT end-user support services)

 

Soft Skills Requirements:

 

  • Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to solve problems and present results accurately.
  • Experience in identifying and understanding client needs and guiding them towards a solution with satisfactory results. Ability to manage client projects
  • Experience in managing a consultant’s team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Writing skills with the ability to synthesize relevant information to produce well-structured and concise reports and documents.
  • Willingness to learn as part of a team and a proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive sustainability assessments, providing strategic guidance to clients.

  • Drive clients on their NetZero journey, implementing sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact.

  • Develop and implement robust environmental KPIs and improvement actions.

  • Lead and mentor consultant teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Foster effective communication with clients to address their needs and expectations.

  • Produce clear and concise reports and documents for client deliverables.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
