Purpose of the Role
Key Responsibilites & Tasks
- Lead the design, development and end‑to‑end implementation of Digital Workplace (DWP) solutions aligned with the standard portfolio and customer requirements.
- Act as the technical lead for complex solutions, coordinating stakeholders, delivery teams and third parties.
- Collect and validate customer‑specific requirements, assumptions, scope and technical constraints to ensure solution accuracy.
- Design end‑to‑end architectures, including costing models, migration approaches and supporting business cases.
- Identify technical and delivery risks and define mitigation actions throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Take ownership of issue resolution, including complex incidents and escalations related to the designed solutions.
- Coordinate inputs and approvals from internal teams and external vendors, including deal‑specific vendor management.
- Participate in solution defense activities and technical presentations to customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize architecture performance, operability and user experience.
- Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation for the delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with architects from other practices and support the knowledge development of engineers and technicians.
Requirements
Experience
-
5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in Digital Workplace environments.

Proven experience in bid projects and customer‑facing solution design.

Strong experience designing end‑to‑end enterprise solutions, including costing and migrations.
Education & Languages
- University degree or higher (Engineering or Technical Engineering).
- English C1
Technical background
- Strong knowledge of Digital Workplace technologies (Microsoft 365, Intune, EUC, virtualization).
- Experience with modern device management and enterprise environments.

Experience working with Agile/Scrum and ITIL frameworks.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Citrix or VMware are valued.
