Eviden Spain is looking for an experienced SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing the solutions for our clients. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR requirements and business objectives.
• Participate in SuccessFactors implementation projects, focusing payroll module.
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on Spanish payroll localization.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including system testing, training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in consultancy. 
• Proven experience in at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP) implementation project.
• Official certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (SF ECP).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Native Spanish language proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Available locations: Madrid, Sevilla, Barcelona.
