Eviden Spain is seeking a qualified and experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, working closely with our client to drive the project successfully.

As an SAP Expert at Eviden Spain, your expertise will contribute to the efficient execution of key processes, ensuring project visibility through status reporting, risk management, and coordination of various stakeholders.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure effective project management.
  • Implementacion of basic project processes to ensure project visibility, covering activities such as reporting, risk and dependency management.
  • Utilize budget management knowledge, understanding P&L, forecasting, and invoicing basics (though not directly responsible for invoicing).
  • Effectively use project management tools such as Planner, Asana, ClickUp, or others to streamline processes.
  • Apply your expertise in agile methodologies, specifically within the SCRUM framework.
  • Work 100% on-site in the client office in Madrid, demonstrating your commitment to project success.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Studies in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Business Partner (BP) is desirable.
  • Proven experience leading teams and coordinating different stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project visibility processes, including status reporting, risk, and dependency management.
  • Knowledge of budget management, P&L, forecasting, and invoicing basics.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Planner, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies, specifically the SCRUM framework, and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Mandatory proficiency in Spanish; Fluent in English.
